Frequently Asked Questions

We use all naturally derived oils, essential oils, colorants, and exfoliators. We source and use organic ingredients as much as possible and indicate these in our ingredients lists. What we don't use in our soaps is just as important as what we do use. We don't use synthetic fragrances or colorants, palm oil, or anything animal-based. 

Sometimes (for some seasonal items), we use fragrance oils that are free for harmful chemicals like phthalates (including BBP, DEHP, DBP, and DEP), animal derivatives, antimicrobials, and other known harmful molecules.

All soap should be kept in a cool, dry place. To extend the life of your soap allow it to dry completely between uses. We recommend a dish with good drainage and keeping the bar out of  direct water. Since we don't use any preservatives we also recommend using your soap within a year of purchase.

We are unable to offer returns due to the nature of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out and we can discuss possible refund/credit options.

We offer custom labels for the soaps in our inventory. Custom orders have a minimum order of 10 full bars/20 half bars. Custom orders require a minimum of 45 days to complete so the soap can cure. Please contact us if you are interested in a custom order.

We are a small operation and address messages and orders based on when they are received Tuesday - Friday, excluding holidays.
